IT Projects

In my career as an IT professional, I have led, managed and participated in many projects, large and small. Below are some of the projects, my level of involvement, the methodologies, decisions and results as well as the takeaways that instruct me when engaging in other projects.

ERP Change

One of most important and most difficult projects in a manufacturing environment is implementing and maintaining the ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning). This is the “main” piece of software that is used to run many aspects of the business. Moving from one system to another one does not often happen and requires a great deal of planning and a willingness to look at all aspects of how a business runs.
